The one and only photo you provided to show damage was suspicious. It showed a damaged part that was packaged inside another part that was undamaged. This indicates that you removed the item from packaging and then dropped it, thus causing the damage yourself. So, I requested more photos, as the carrier requested when I graciously reported the damage on your behalf. Yet, you refused to providing excuses.
