Almost returned the item, though, because it doesn't run as expected: it hesitates and the wheels slip going around corners with only a medium length train. But my grandson really connected with it and we decided to keep it. The price was cheaper than new by almost $50 and now I see why. Postage cost was a little bit high compared to other sellers for just a single N scale engine.
