A little messaging back and forth and a customer service guy face timed me. It took a little effort and time but it works good now after walking me through a total revamp. I wasnt planning on all that. Im over it now. Bottom line, was packed very well and their customer service was very good despite the unexpected issues. They made the best of things.

However, I could not disguise my dismay when I realized the screen had been smashed in. The merchant was responsive and eager to make the purchase right. Long story short, after packaging up the damage Mac (UGH) and lugging it to UPS, I finally received the replacement! It was a great day because this Mac was just as advertised. After a few ups and downs, Stock4less did a great job.
