All i did was pour some hot water in the cup and by the morning the lid broke in two showing the battery and wires. Now there’s a part of the lid still stuck on the cup and I can’t get my water out the thing. Waste of money. Sooo disappointed. I am trying to return it now full of water. I wanted to write more but EBAY limits what you can write in comments. They monitor these reviews to make sure they can’t say what you really want to say about t

Sorry that’s not what I was looking for. I just have to give it a little less of a review. It’s a very nice quality device, but guess what? It’s still in Celsius the thermostatthat’s a minus in my book.

I’m a seller also, I’ve had to really watch out for what I put in the pictures. But they handled it very nicely after I asked for a refund. I got a label and shipped it back. As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.
