The display is dim and the usb connection doesn't always work. I will install a new battery and see if that brings it back to life. I installed an SD card and was able to update the device after several tries. Over all the odds are I can take a chance on the GPS for the price. If this doesn't good out I will try here again. The first one bought here was just fine.
