Defects included broken straps, frayed handles, worn seams, PLUS the bag was folded up, and wrinkled beyond repair, due to being shipped in a shrinkable, plastic, bag, and waded in a too small box! Seller was flippant in our communication, and offered me $1.00 in compensation. (SEE PHOTOS)
