I’ve been round supermarket on it & husband can lift into boot ni bother & theres plenty of room. I’ve only used it about 4/5 times & we have found battery isn’t fully charging yet. In manual it states scooter has to be used a few times b4 fully charged. So we r keeping an eye on this. Don’t get me wrong when I use scooter it is charged to more than half charged & we put it straight back on charge when we get home. Love it thankyou

It did arrive well packaged and in new condition, the value for money would have been excellent if it was very lightweight. It looked like an amazing scooter just still too heavy for me. I put my order in and informed Josh of my VAT exempt and he completed that for me and my beautiful scooter came and its name is FREEDOM! Be,I eve me it truly is …. The staff were very helpful when we called them and arranged to put up the scooter and check it out , then sent out another scooter very quickly. So over all we had great service and first class help sorting it all out . I’m very pleased with the service I got and love my new scooter . Thank you very much , a quality item , great value from a very reputable seller . Great thanks to Maddie , she was brilliant.
