The item was sent overseas in a compression bag with water leakage prevention. Seller is also very kind, honest and easy to communicate with, providing quick responses. I do recommend purchasing items from them. (Any visible creases in the image are only due to the compression bag it was shipped in and can easily be fixed.)

These items are high quality collectibles and were treated as such by the seller; with them taking the time to ensure a safe delivery. They also communicated very well and let me know they were happy about my purchase. If you want to buy anything from Japan, especially collectible items, I would highly recommend this seller! :)

Felt like they were saying because they had a certain timeframe they could ship by, they wouldn’t make an effort to get the product out before that deadline. Which to me feels lazy. However. The item was as described. I think the value is crazy fit what you’re getting but that’s the market, not the seller. Overall I’d probably order from them again. I just think better communication is needed as well as an effort to get stuff shipped out quicker.
