    Item arrived as described and very well packaged and sealed professionally. Shipped quickly and outstanding value for 410A toner. I wasn’t sure how much longer this M477 was going to remain in service; but I’ve had poor experiences with non-genuine alternatives. Used genuine is better. Would buy again!

    One of the best things a business can do is take a negative experience & turn it into a positive. I received this drum & suspect that since my printer is SO old, so are repair parts for it. When this unit performed very poorly (pictures provided), this seller quickly (same day) responded w/a full refund. I REALLY APPRECIATE that. At first, I was bummed thinking I'd lost money & was going to go thru a lengthy refund process w/some probability it wouldn't be approved. Thank you! Continued success

    Sometimes it's tough to know exactly WHAT a printer's problem is,

    Tough to grade this product. I absolutely love my Brother MFC-L2700DW multi-function printer. Plus I had plenty of toner left. So I wanted to find a happy medium in overall value. Buying a brand new authentic Brother DR630 drum made absolutely NO sense at its retail cost versus the cost of a brand new printer. So I purchased an off-brand model in hopes of making my printer last. And technically it has lasted. BUT, virtually every time I sent the first print of the day to the printer it came out mangled and sometimes caused a jam. The obvious problem with the wasted paper is the wasted money on the paper and the toner. I put up with this for over a year. I then decided to research an authentic Brother DR630 drum, but NOT at the absurd high-end retail cost. It behaves the exact same way as ...

    Brother is the only printer I’ll ever own

    I have owned 2 Brother Laser jet printers over that past 16 yrs. I printed thousands of pages, and in all those years this is the first year I ever had to replace the printer drum. The first drum I bought on eBay was used and I returned it but the second one I purchased was new in box. These sell for over $100 in stores and I paid under $30 for a genuine drum on eBay. I could not be happier with Brother or eBay.

    Genuine OEM drum at a great price

    Its seems to be working OK but make sure you use this drum with either an OEM cartridge or a high quality after-market cartridge. Tried it with two different branded cartridges and had mixed results.

    Read my product review.

    Replaced the original unit with this third party product, it works, but does not fit my Brother as well as the original unit, but that would be expected because of the cost. I will be interested to see how long it last and works to print clearly without ant issues.
