Solid well made Daytona homage watch.
This is my first Invicta watch so other than what i read on the net i did not know what to expect. Well i must say i am impressed. The watch is a homage i believe to the Rolex Daytona and looking at the Daytona i can see were the comparisons are drawn. The watch is a chronograph but not a true chronograph in the sense that the large min hand dose not return to the twelve position when re set, it has three sub dials Mins Seconds and hours.The hours sub dial is set when setting the watch and lets you determine weather it is AM or PM. It has three crowns all of which are screw down presumably giving the watch its 200m claimed water resistance.The dial is white and has a non movable tachometer scale on the bezel. The dial is clear enough but if one has poor eye site one may need glasses to see it clearly. I believe the movement is Japanese probably Seiko but dont quote me on that it is of course quartz and so far has been extremely accurate The strap has a solid stainless bracelet with a pressed out security clasp.
