Hunter is known for their reliable and quiet running fan motors and this ONE with the remote control lighting & fan control is spot on. Having this feature alone allows for even further remote control by integrating it into the smart home hub. Turn this light or fan on anytime of the day or night and I don't even have to be anywhere near it or even home. Nice. Would not know it was reconditioned
