Received full refund from Ebay with a note that the seller provided proof of tracking. Apparently the seller was unconcerned that he sent only 1 of 2 that I paid for and the incorrect item. That's common and expected as UPS could care less and complaints are ignored. I can't blame the seller for either issue. Very good communication, fast shipping and I would buy from again.
