If you are looking for more than a mo...bile phone and computer combined together than this Internet Tablet Phone is for you. Although this is N-Series from Nokia but it is actually different from rest of the N-Series phones. It is a complete Tablet PC in its own. But every device has its Pros and Cons. Advantages: High Resolution 4.1' Big Screen, Touch Screen, Wifi, Bluetooth, Full Screen Keyboard, Instant Messaging, E-mail, Voice / Video Calling, Web Browser and Internet Radio, Good Overall Design, Very Good Loud Speaker, Two Memory Slots for Additional Memory, 3.5 mm Stereo Line Out, Easy Input through Touch Screen by either finger or Stylus, Battery Indicator, PDF Viewer , Calculator, 128 MB RAM, 320 MHZ Processor, 256 MB Internal Memory, Mini USB for PC Connection. Disadvantages: Very few buttons, Slow processing of Flash files, VGA Camera Only, No Calender in current Firmware, A Little bit over sized as compared to Phones. Overall, it is a great Smart Phone, more than a phone actually, that will suit people who likes technology on the move.
This really is a much underrated piece of kit. If like me you d...itched your BT line some time ago in favour of your mobile this really does make the WWW a cheap easy to use thing. Quality build, nice big screen and Nokia's usual intuitive interface make it a doddle to use. For the money you can't beat it!
The Nokia N800 internet tablet features a large 4.1-inch 800x480 ...touchscreen display, which displays both text and pictures very clearly. Other features of the tablet include WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth, a mini-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphones jack. It runs off a 320Mhz TI CPU, and 128MB RAM, and includes 256MB of flash storage and two SD slots. The stylus is just the right weight - not too heavy, but not too light - and slides easily into its storage slot on the back of the tablet. Excellent***** .
This little gizmo is the replacement I purchased ...for an ageing HP iPAQ. It comes equipped with Bluetooth and WiFi, just like the iPAQ, but the storage options allow for up to 32GB of storage, so it can easily act as a replacement for an MP3 player as well as being able to access Google Mail and Calendar functions online, which have long since replaced Microsoft Outlook in my arsenal of PIM applications. The processor speed is equal to the newer N810, but the N810 is limited by its storage features, having only 2GB internal storage and one slot for an add-on card, because the sacrifice was made to incorporate a GPS receiver. As I have one of those on my mobile phone anyway, it made sense to forego that option and purchase the older model, which is available at preferential, lower rates than the newer model. All said and done, with two 16GB SD storage cards, this device still costs less than the new N810 and has enough storage capacity to see off any rival. Highly recommended!
