The following are terms and conditions are for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that you the customer enter into with DFS Schleiftechnik GmbH. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

3. Purchasing from us
To purchase from DFS Schleiftechnik GmbH you must be over 18 years of age. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for dispatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
 
4. Product Images/descriptions
Product images displayed are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. DFS Schleiftechnik GmbH will endeavour to supply goods as per images shown, however manufactures do vary design and packaging and we reserve the right to supply identical items with alternative packaging without prior notice to the customer. DFS Schleiftechnik GmbH always endeavour to supply correct information for all its products but can not guarantee the accuracy.
 
5. Prices and Payment
All goods are priced exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown in Euro and will be billed in Euro. All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. The purchaser is liable for any additional local state, country taxes, import duties or copyright levies, should these arise.
 
6. Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel an online-order within thirty days of the day after the item is delivered to you. You need to contact us at or write to the address above. Inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order. We will refund your money less any delivery costs as soon as we receive your returned items. All we ask is please take care of our goods, ensure all items are complete and in their original packaging, unused and in full resalable condition. All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 30 days from date of cancellation.
 
7. Delivery
The majority of DFS Schleiftechnik GmbH orders received by 4:00 pm are delivered the next working day. DFS Schleiftechnik GmbH does not guarantee next working day delivery.
We always try to avoid it but we also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this.
If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days, you have items missing or your goods are damaged. Please contact us at ebay-inter@dfs-schleiftechnik.deor write to the address above.
If our delivery agents attempt to delivery your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.
 
8. Business customers
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of any International laws & by laws.
