Buyer MUST ship back the deflective item for 1 to 1 exchange. Return cost due to buyer
For Warranty, Buyer requires to pay for return after 14 days. It is not including item which deflective due to improper use. Item will inspect by the factory. All non-factories deflective will be fix and shipment at buyer's cost.
For free shipping means we paid the shipping fee on your behalf, that fee will be deducted.

Not happy with your item or your item is not defective, you may return it to us for up to 14 days after delivered. 20% restocking fee for used items that are not defective.
