LOST / DAMAGED ITEMS

Items sent by standard post will not be considered to be lost by the Post Office / Courier until 3 weeks (domestic) or 5 weeks (international) has elapsed. This time scale may be reduced if a 'Get it Fast' postal option has been selected, please contact us for details. After this time a claim will be filed with the Post Office / Courier and an investigation of the items whereabouts will be completed. At this stage your details will be passed onto the relevant company. Any refunds / compensation will be issued once the investigation has been completed.

If you have received an item(s) which appear to have been damaged in transit you should contact us immediately. We will then file a claim with the Post Office / Courier. Any compensation will be issued once the relevant company's investigation has been completed.

If it is found at a later date that a claim was made fraudulently (Postal Fraud), an investigation will be carried out by the relevant authorities. If it is deemed that the claim was fraudulent, offenders can be charged with Postal fraud / theft and the appropriate action will be taken.
