Payment can only be made by PayPal. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.
If the item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal prior to placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address. In the event that your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team who will refund the order to allow you to update the address details in PayPal and resubmit your order.
We offer Free Shipping on most of our items (UK Mainland).Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, International shipping email before purchasing.
Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 1 day of receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays or Bank holidays).Complete Checkout by 2pm & we dispatch the same day.
All items will be shipped by tracked service through Royal Mail or courier service, and will take circa 2 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive with customers (MAINLAND UK addresses only).
Once goods are dispatched we cannot affect transit times to our customer. Transit commitments are provided by Royal Mail and courier service.
We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses for multiple bids using PayPal. Payment will be refunded (PayPal payment) for unacceptable multiple orders, and in addition those orders will also be cancelled from eBay.
If there is a sizeable delay in your units arriving please contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 5 working days after payment before contacting us.
Please note as all the items are sent separately, shipping can not be combined for any items.
Please do not sign for and accept the parcel if you find the seal is opened, of the packaging is damaged.
We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted.
I do not wish to keep my item – it is not faulty
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in 'my eBay' within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item, (stock permitting) providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
How to return and item:
Please follow the instructions below to raise a returns request.
- Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
- Click Won.
- Next to your listing, select return this item from the pull-down menu.
- Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.
- The "Return an item" form appears.
- Review the next page and click Request return.
- We will review the request and provide return address.
- You can prepare postage right away and click Continue.
- Post the item to the seller.
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:
- -Products we can't resell for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped - personal grooming products and earrings (this does not exclude your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations).
- -We may restrict the exchange of CD's, DVD's and computer software to the same title.
We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can and we understand that on occasion you might need to return products.
Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging and with all the components.
Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit. Please remember to obtain and keep proof of postage when you send the item back. Proof of postage does not cost anything however without this there could be a delay in your refund being issued.
Please note that all items are fully tested once returned.
Merchandise received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund.
On receiving the item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days.

Hard drives and USB devices, laptop / desktops / netbooks / tablets
These items must be backed up before they are sent in for repair.
Any disks left in players or drives cannot be guaranteed to be returned.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via email to the Decold Team.
Under our Decold eBay Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us for a full refund, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. If trying on items with health or hygiene sensitivities, such as underwear or swimming costumes, please do so over other clothes. In the case of goods such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products that have hygiene seals, you must exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals when examining them. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Orders and Deliveries
Orders are only accepted via the internet.
Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.
Dates and times of delivery are estimates only. Decold strive to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, however we do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.
We do not accept liability for shortage of goods delivered, or damage to deliveries unless we are notified in writing within three days of the goods being delivered.
On some oversize/overweight items an additional delivery charge may be necessary. If this is the case we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Warranties and Returns
Decold strive to provide our customers with exceptional quality goods. On rare occasions however, these goods may turn out to be faulty or defective.
Most goods delivered to UK addresses carry a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. As a condition of sale customers must deal directly with the relevant manufacturer and comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. We will refer you directly to the product manufacturer in such cases. We will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer. The warranty does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer or it's employees or agents, or goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within three days of receipt. After this date, replacements will not be offered.

Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to orders placed by business customers and our Business Terms and Conditions relating to returning Non-faulty goods apply.
Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, Decold do not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to adhere to the product specifications before placing an order.

Decold make every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to vary actual dimensions, specifications and quantities without prior notice.
Decold will not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused. This includes loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships and financial loss. Decold liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order.
Errors and Omissions
Decold makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on it's web site are precise and accurate. On the occasion when a mistake may occur, Decold will be entitled to rescind the contract, not with standing that it has already accepted the customer's order. Decold's liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the customer has paid relating to that order.
These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Decold reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information we will collect about you is that which is given at the time of ordering.
