[7887] - MENDEN, CITY - UNUSUAL NOTGELD COIN: 5 MILLION MARK 1923, Cat. Menzel 16574.16
A very unusual coin, because 1923 were nearly no coins anymore struck because of running inflation: And also very unusual is the picture on the coin: It shows the german „michel“ (something like „Joe six-pack“), who draws out his EMPTY pocket... From the left a (french) hand wants something (his money!), from the right there is threatening a (russian) sword. The word read: „ik ame Kääl“ (“I poor guy”). The coin is UNC, original golden coulour and very scarce. I can offer very few pieces from an old hoard, all coins are in same best quality (picture shows one the offered coins, You will get another one, in identical quality). Diameter: 26 mm.
Worldwide insuranced air mail shipping (value will be declared, customs fees may appear).
