This is low cost development board for the new ST Cortex-M3 based microcontrollers STM32F103RBT6.
MCU: STM32F103RBT6 ARM 32 bit CORTEX M3? with 128K Bytes Program Flash, 20K Bytes RAM, USB, CAN, x2 I2C, x2 ADC 12 bit, x3 UART, x2 SPI, x3 TIMERS, up to 72Mhz operation.
2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen module, configuration ADS7843 (or RSM1843 instead) controller, support for a SD card (SPI mode) can be used to store pictures, in support of AT45DBxxx of a DATA FLASH (can be used for storage).
USB interface,USB power supply , (USB download).
standard JTAG connector with ARM 2x10 pin layout for programming/debugging with ARM-JTAG.
4 users LED lights,a power indicator light, a USB communication indicator, two user keys.
8MHz crystal oscillator，32768 Hz crystal and RTC backup battery connector.
All I / O port through the standard pitch leads 2.54mm.
