7. Notice

1) As we do not only sell items via web, but also wholesale orders from local shops and agents, some of the sizes and colors maybe sold out. Our stock changes quickly, and our website is not always up to date, please understand and contact us about our updated stock. In any case, we will contact you soon after we process your order.

2) Make sure you confirm the Address and Telephone Number during your order. Your Telephone Number is necessary for the post office, in order to contact you if there are any problems during the delivery. Please note that we will not refund your shipping fee in case Items are sent back to China due to a wrong address or lack of a Telephone Number.

3) If we receive the accurate height, weight and the bust size of the coat which you usually wear, we can make a better fit! 

4) For easier custom clearness, we will remove our brand from the products. In addition to that, we will mark the package as a gift and in a lower value to avoid taxes. But if the package is checked by Customs for any reason, any tax charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We would not be responsible for any tax incurred. If you need the Real invoice of the item, you can ask us to prepare it for you upon request. .

5) The price of our items and shipping do not include insurance. In case you need insurance, please notify us prior to shipment.

8.Return policy

(1) Items can be unconditional returned, we will give you the refund soon after we receive the item .

(2) We will not refund the shipping fee and  will not afford the fee to send back as well .

(3) If you want to exchange the item, you should afford the shipping fee of sending the item back to us and pay some fee again to us to resend a new item to you.

(4)The item (Custom -made) can’t be returned ,because we have personal your size which may be hard for us to sell again.
