Rezepte für leckere Cocktails mit Ouzo Magia:

8 iron
Ingredients:
·    1/3 oz Blue Curacao
·    1/3 oz Ouzo
·    1/3 oz Banana liqueur
Mixing instructions:
Pour equal parts of each in the shot glass

Bouzo
Ingredients:
·    2 oz Bourbon
·    1 oz Ouzo
Mixing instructions:
Pour in the bourbon, and then pour in the ouzo.

The Bourbon cuts the edge off the Ouzo nicely

Buried Under an Avalanche
Ingredients:
·    1 small Ice cube
·    1/2 oz Ouzo
·    1/2 oz Rumple Minze
Mixing instructions:
In shot glass, drop in one small ice cube. Pour in Ouzo and then Rumple Minze.

Note: When you pour in the Ouzo on top of the ice cube it will turn white.

Cryonic Shock
Ingredients:
·    2 shots Blue Curacao
·    1 shot Whisky
·    1 shot White rum
·    1 shot Brandy or Cognac
·    2 shots Ouzo
·    Juice of 1 Lemon
·    Juice of 1 Lime
·    Add 8 cubes Ice
Mixing instructions:
Mix the Blue Curacao, Whisky, Rum, Brandy, Ouzo, Lemon and Lime juices in a blender. Pulse mixture for 2-3 seconds. Add the 8 ice cubes. Pulse for about 20-30 seconds or until desired consistency of ice is achieved.

I created this drink last summer when I was looking for something strong yet tropical to drink. The high concentration of alcohol in the brandy, ouzo, etc. provided an array of fullness, while the Blue Curacao, lemon and lime juices provided the tropical flavour. The ice is there simply to chill the mixture and so that you experience brain freeze when you drink the thing. If you're still standing up straight after drinking one of these, let me know you're alive and that you had the balls to take the challenge of drinking one. Enjoy!

D.R.F.O.
Ingredients:
·    1 1/2 oz Dark rum
·    1 1/2 oz Ouzo
·    1 1/2 oz Frangelico
·    4 cubes Ice
Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass half filled with ice. Stir, and strain into an chilled old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.

You may serve this drink in a chilled cocktail glass without ice. The ice is nice in the summer, but it is not needed to make a good drink.

Feel the Burn
Ingredients:
·    Layer 1/2 oz Kahlua
·    1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
·    1/2 oz Ouzo
·    1/2 oz Wild Turkey
·    1/2 oz Bacardi
Mixing instructions:
Layer all ingredients and light on fire to warm. Blow out flame and drink in one gulp.

Greasy Swede
Ingredients:
·    1 oz Ouzo
·    1 oz Vodka
·    1 tablespoon Cinnamon schnapps
Mixing instructions:
Mix together and serve - Do not chill or add ice.

This drink was invented by two good friends: One a Greek and the other a Swede trading shots at the Bali Hai in Potsdam, N.Y.

Greek Lightning
Ingredients:
·    1/3 oz Ouzo
·    1/3 oz Vodka
·    1/3 oz Raspberry liqueur 
Mixing instructions:
Pour into mixing cup with 2 or 3 ice cubes, and chill to make shooter. Strain into shot glass or test tube...

When chilled, the Ouzo will turn milky white allowing the Chambord to turn the shooter purple. Very similar to Purple Haze, but with a Greek touch...

Hairy Armpit
Ingredients:
·    1 shot Ouzo
·    Grapefruit juice
Mixing instructions:
Place three ice cubes in glass. Pour in ouzo and fill with fresh grapefruit juice. Stir well and serve.

The Hairy Armpit can be surprisingly tasty, but it depends on fresh ingredients. One made with pasteurized grapefruit juice and old, partially-evaporated ouzo has proven to be an unpleasant experience. Sambucca can be used instead of ouzo, especially if the grapefruit juice used is particularly sour. As far as I know, this drink was invented by James Clippinger and named by Matt Calef. If someone has an earlier reference to either the name or recipe, please let me know.

Harakiri shot
Ingredients:
·    2 cl. Ouzo
·    2 cl. Tabasco sauce
Mixing instructions:
Mix the ingredients in a shot glass, serve with a pint of beer on the side.

This is not a joke drink, it is strong and very few people actually enjoy it, but some of us do, after you shoot the drink start poring down the beer, or else you will be lighting under the water tap the rest of the evening. :)

Lasseman's Partysaver
Ingredients:
·    1 part Ouzo
·    5 parts Coffee
·    1 scoop Whipped cream
Mixing instructions:
Mix the black coffee with the Ouzo and put a little blob of whipped cream on top - Drink and enjoy...

A very yummy Drink - especially if you don't want to taste the Ouzo...

Liquid Nitrogen
Ingredients:
·    1 shot Sambuca
·    1 shot Ouzo
·    4 cubes Ice
Mixing instructions:
Put equal measures of ingredients in a glass with ice. Stir if preferred

Lumberjack
Ingredients:
·    1/3 Ouzo
·    1/3 Sambuca
·    1/3 Tequila
·    1 splash Tabasco sauce
Mixing instructions:
Pour into shot glass, no particular order. Add small dash of hot sauce.

Can be done with or without hot sauce.

Moussaka
Ingredients:
·    1 oz Ouzo
·    1/2 oz Drambuie
·    Fill with Cola
Mixing instructions:
1 oz ouzo 1/2 oz Drambuie in an old fashion glass fill with cola add ice if desired

Sharpshooter #1
Ingredients:
·    1/2 oz Ouzo
·    1/2 oz Vodka
·    6 drops Tabasco sauce
Mixing instructions:
Pour and stir.

Surf City Lifesaver
Ingredients:
·    1 part Ouzo
·    1 part Bailey's Irish cream
·    2 parts Gin
·    1/2 part Grand Marnier
Mixing instructions:
Lots of ice and soda top up in tall glass with cherry and a grin.

T.K.O.
Ingredients:
·    1/3 oz Tequila
·    1/3 oz Ouzo
·    1/3 oz Kahlua
Mixing instructions:
Just pour off the amount into a shot glass Shoot and Enjoy!

Vulcan Mind Meld
Ingredients:
·    1 part Ouzo
·    1 part Rum
Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into glass (usually a double shot glass.) Drink quickly.

Vulcan Mind-Probe
Ingredients:
·    1/2 oz Ouzo
·    1/2 oz Rum
Mixing instructions:
Mix and serve straight up.

Zorbatini
Ingredients:
·    1 1/4 oz Vodka
·    1/4 oz Ouzo
Mixing instructions:
Prepare like a Martini. Garnish with a green olive.
